Send the information for the clothes of what you want to order via the free-quote form or writing an email.

The information you send to us can be in the form of video or pictures.
If possible，please send us detailed pictures of the front，side and back of the costume，as well as all accessories and materials which can show the patterns clearly.
Please send us separate emails when asking for the quotes for different clothes.
Some of our products are not suitable to wear for dance and other exercise. If you need to wear the clothes for dance and perfomance, please discuss with us before you place the order.
It’s great to help send us an email via the emergency contact information when the set of “contact us” on our website does not work well.

STEP 2.

We’ll reply the quote after getting the details of the order.

According to your expecting date of delivery or other requests, we decide whether to make it. We can also show you the sample of materials if you like.
Once you decide to proceed your order, we will contact you to confirm it and provide payment information.

STEP 3.

Finish the measurement and confirm the payment, afterwards we begin to produce the clothes.

Cash on delivery is not applied for full-order. If you have any questions during the
production process, please feel free to contact us.
After the payment we start to make the clothes, with that being said, there may be additional fees for requested modifications after the payment.

STEP 4.

We will send you pictures to confirm the finished products via email.

Anything needs to be altered we’ll fix it for you right away.
Please be aware that the times you request for basic alterations are limited.
The buttons, stones and other decorations may not appear completely identical to the original cartoon picture provided.
All products are made by hand upon request. The wrinkles, the sewing lines, size and sewing position may be slightly different from the designing.

STEP 5.

Delivery

Use EMS to send the products to all places in the world from China.
 

For customized products, you cannot cancel the order or request a change of size after the order has already been placed.
After the payment we start to make the clothes, with that being said, there may be additional fees for requested modifications after the payment.

The pictures of the products are all samples we’ve made. With that being said, it may appear slightly different to the picture provided, for example, the color may appear slightly different due to the screen. We apreciate your understanding.

In the event that the product arrives and you would like to send it back for a refund or for more altercations there will be a shipping charge and other fees

Our company has tested the clothes with different detergents and have chose materials which are more expensive, better quality and are long lasting. This doesn’t mean that all of our clothes may not fade eventually. While washing the clothes, please pay attention to clothes which has hand printed pattern and with different colors.
The different types of leather materials on the clothing could stick together when you stack them, please be aware of this when you store them.
