Recently some customers shared that they feel they were cheated by us, especially when they face the following situation:

No.1 The products and the picture do not match.

All of the products were made in our company and the pictures were taken by us. To meet the customers’ need of changing color, material and style, we make different paper samples for the same products. Even though we are trying our best to organize the paper samples, it’s possible that we may make some mistakes. Please know that we do not intend to cheat customers if you found your products do not match with the pictures.

No.2 The customers can not track their package once they receive the notice that their product was delivered, or they can not receive their package.

To shorten the time of delivery, the clothes are usually transported by air from the our factory in China.
Even though the logistics has made significant progress, it’s still impossible to receive your goods in the following day.
Every one of us will make mistakes. We may send the wrong size for the order occasionally, please feel free to contact us whenever it happens, and we will do our best to solve the problem.
Again, we do not intend to cheat our customers when it happened. We all believe “customer first”.
